Mega-shop Observation Experience.

Our Bachelor Students did a job outside the classrooms, the purpose of this field trip was to identify trends and differences in merchandising variety, visual display, layout, and general shopping experience in mega-shopping environment. It was also a great way to apply certain learnings from the Buyer Behavior class. They went to Plaça Catalunya and visited 5 different locations: El Corte Inglés, shopping alley on Plaça de Angels, Decathlon, Carrefour and Centre Comercial El Triangle. As an outcome, the students will write a short paper as a reflection of their experience.
