Beatriz and Rodolfo came from Venezuela in 2023 to study at INSA an MBA in Small and Medium Enterprise Management. This was the main step into the path of entrepenurship, leading them to become the proud owners of Comeporketa.

- What did you learn in the master’s program that was useful in your career as entrepreneurs?
In addition, we combined our desire to bring this project to life with more than 30 years of experience in our home country, which provided us with a valuable perspective and helped us better understand the market. All this knowledge, along with our passion for what we do, has allowed us to create a unique and special restaurant. We are very excited about what’s to come at Comeporketa !
I would like to highlight the importance of what we learned in financial management , as it is essential for handling costs and maximizing profits. Likewise, marketing skills are crucial for attracting customers, especially in such a busy area like Sagrada Familia .
Additionally, knowledge in human resources management, communication, and legal aspects has guided us in building a company that fosters a positive work environment and a motivated team. We cannot overlook the importance of establishing quality processes and innovation in our menu , as well as sales training , which has enabled us to constantly improve and offer the best experience to our customers. All of this is crucial to standing out in such a competitive market.”
